All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary due to the handmade nature of our products. Estimated processing and shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Beauty Wiz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.

5. No Refunds / No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence for review.

6. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size. Beauty Wiz is not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
